- Ensuring that decisions are made based on correct information and are followed up.
- Being the school principal according to the Education Act and ensuring that the operations follow state governance.
You will be part of the municipal manager's management team and an active part of the municipality's strategic work together with engaged colleagues.

You have:
- Relevant academic education.
- Solid experience in the education sector and good knowledge of laws and regulations.
- Experience in leadership within a politically governed organization.
We believe that you have a development-oriented approach, inspire your surroundings, and create conditions for employees to thrive and grow. You see environmental monitoring as a natural part of your work and have the ability to build trust in all parts of the organization.
With us, you will have a responsible and developing role where you have great opportunities to influence and shape your own organization. Together, we create new solutions for today's and tomorrow's challenges. Are you ready to lead the Department of Children and Education in Bollnäs Municipality into the future?
